Meghli is a popular Lebanese dessert that is made for Christmas and to celebrate the birth of a child.
To Make Meghli you will need:
1 cup Rice flour
8 cups water (room temp)
1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
1 tspoon Corn flour/ corn starch
2 full tbspoons of cinnamon
3 full tbspoons of Caraway (you can find it at any supermarket in the spices section)
desiccated coconut and nuts for decorating
