They’re some of the most disturbing stories in Hollywood history, and despite the precautions that are in place, on-set deaths have continued to happen during the production of films.
Some are quite well-known, like the accidental shooting death of Brandon Lee on the set of The Crow or the death of Vic Morrow and two child actors on the set of Twilight Zone: The Movie, but sadly there have been plenty of others as well.
From the horrifying train accident on the set of Midnight Rider to the deaths of stuntmen on the sets of two different Tom Cruise films, let’s take a look at some disturbing on-set deaths that still give us the chills.
