Skyrim Battles - Legendary Dragon vs. Dremora Valkynaz and Dragon Priests

Legendary Dragons are the most powerful dragons in the game. The frost version does the highest breath damage of any dragon, and is also tied with the fire version for highest HP.

The location for this video is Northwind Summit. Generally, dragon battles are hard to record for several reasons. The dragons might land too often or not often enough, they might fly further away to attack other creatures, and their size causes collision issues.
Northwind Summit is one of the better locations, but it was still difficult. Most importantly, the crash landing as it happens in the third round doesn't work well here. The dragon often gets stuck on the cabin, leaving him on the cliff, unable to get back.

The Dragon Priests are generic ones who have access to all 3 elements. They randomly choose spells upon combat. Their Storm Atronachs are highly useful, since they can deplete the dragon's magicka, which interrupts his breath attack. He needs to kill both atronachs early on; otherwise, he can only fight back if he lands on the ground and uses melee attacks.
In my tests, the Priests sometimes won with almost full health, as the dragon was virtually helpless in the air and on the perching positions on the rocks.

The outcome also depends on the spells the Dragon Priests use. Incinerate does massive damage to the dragon, who has a 25% weakness to fire. Thunderbolt also does good damage, while keeping his magicka low.
Icy Spear is by far the worst choice due to the dragon's 50% frost resistance. Still, the Dragon Priests win most of the time, even if one of them goes for frost spells only.
