In 1985, I received this Feldenkrais lesson and 30 others from his nephew, Michel Silice, who was enthusiastic about the functional integration session I gave him. After I gave Michel a Functional Integration session, he said that the way I touched him reminded him of how his uncle, Moshe Feldenkrais, used to touch him. He told me that I could be a trainer right away and, from that day on, he no longer charged me for the training that Chava Shelhav and Ruthy Alon were giving. In fact I only took this training only in order to get the diploma, which was subsequently proved to be worthless.
These lessons were recorded on compact cassettes from the original reels that Feldenkrais used to record his group lessons on Alexander Yannay Street. If these copies, which I have had for 40 years, are of such excellent sound quality — which I only needed to improve slightly — why are so many of the other Feldenkrais lessons sold to practitioners in such miserable acoustic condition that they are often unpleasant to listen to?
When I do a lesson like this, I don't understand how some of Feldenkrais's early students could have "developed" the Feldenkrais method more than he did over the years, creating his lessons.
In the seventh lesson in the series of Feldenkrais lessons that he gave on the IDF Radio in the mid-1970s (   • השיעור השביעי של פלדנקרייז בשכלול היכולת מ...  ), at minute 30:26, Moshe Feldenkrais says something very basic about humanity's approach to his lessons and how he wanted these lessons to be a part of all of humanity. The biggest question is: Who did Feldenkrais speak his lessons into the microphone for at least thirty years??? So that his students like Hava Shelhav, Ruthi Alon, and Anat Beniel could say they improved the Feldenkrais method with versions of their own methods that are essentially worthless?
Did these Feldenkrais students create any lesson that can be compared to all the thousands of lessons Feldenkrais created over forty years??? It is time to put an end to this enormous injustice and scandal that has been going on for forty-one years with the Feldenkrais Method!!
The fact that certain people claim rights to the very extensive audio and video materials that Feldenkrais left behind, so as not to make the information contained in this extensive material accessible to all of humanity, solely out of economic interests, for fear that this information will be confronted after his death with all the nonsense that is being sold as the Feldenkrais Method in the so-called Feldenkrais Training after Feldenkrais' death, means that the Feldenkrais Method and its inventor have been effectively killed for the second time by hiding his method, his life's work and his legacy from humanity on the grounds of alleged copyright.

There are two reasons that prompted me to make the audio material from Feldenkrais lessons available to the public in the highest possible quality:
1. the incredibly positive effect that every movement guided by Feldenkrais in his lessons has on my body and my whole person. Often this effect is even frightening when I think of what humanity is missing out on if it does not realise what it is losing without having had this experience. Thus, it misses out on a more human environment and interpersonal perception that would perhaps avoid all the disasters that are currently happening in the world and hovering like a sword of Damocles over the future of humanity.
2. the preservation of the legacy of the Feldenkrais Method can only be guaranteed if this method is publicised thoroughly and in all its aspects in an unadulterated and undiluted form to as wide an audience as possible - and not by people who call themselves leading exponents of this method but who are in fact charlatans.
I would now like to safeguard the audio restoration of hundreds of old recordings on my compact cassettes, which I have been lugging around the world and countless moves with me since the seventies, by sharing all these recordings on the Internet with everyone who is interested in the method developed by Feldenkrais.
I would have liked someone else to do the acoustic editing of the Feldenkrais audio recordings for me, but no one has the time or interest for this task.
I spend more than ten hours a day doing this and I have to slow myself down so as not to ruin myself completely. For me it is a need to optimise the acoustics of the Feldenkrais recordings, just as it is a need to explain things to others in a true and correct way.
