FiiO K9-AKM is a World-class Headphone Amp & DAC. It is among the best I have heard. Seriously good.

I am very impressed with The K9 AKM. I found my self listening to it more than I expected. As just a DAC, I think it is worth the $529 price of admission. Add in the Headphone amp and Preamp functions and it gets a strong recommendation.
