This Thursday, we facilitated the leaders of Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (HUMI group) to conduct year-end performance review/appraisal exercises by looking at the latest updates on business achievements, business processes, KPI tree, organizational structure, job descriptions, and recent employee transfers, as the organization is currently very dynamic.
An explanation was given that KPI is not only Key Performance Indicator, but also must Keep People Interested, Keep People Informed, Keep People Inspired, which became the starting point of today's briefing.
On the other hand, providing role play on how to conduct a proper and effective performance review/appraisal became a fairly crucial part. Similarly, understanding the character of subordinates both in terms of DISC and their communication style became an exercise that made the briefing very lively.
