1/2 small Onion
1 clove Garlic
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

4 oz / 115 g Bread
1 Egg
1/2 cup /55 g Parmesan
0.2 oz/5g Parsley
2 tbsp Olive oil
For sauce:

1/2 small Onion
1 clove Garlic
1.4 Ib/635g Tomato purée
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/8 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Basil
1/4 cup Parmesan
Parsley
