I always love a Chinese meal. whether it's dim sum or a group dinner, it's always a lot of fun. I recall the amazing Chinese cuisine I've had in New York at Hop Lee with their famous Lobster Cantonese but I've heard in Toronto they have their iconic dish called The Lobster mountain. And the name describes it all ... A mountain of lobster cooked and fried with aromatic flavors of garlic served to your table as you watch in awe.

I'm pretty excited to visit this legendary restaurant in Richmond Hill called jumbo Lobster clubhouse where they only focus on a few dishes, but they aim to perfect it. it'll be a Chinese meal with surf and turf in the form of the lobster mountain and aged ribeye steak, but along with that, there will be additional traditional dishes with the roast suckling pig, the always favorite sweet and sour pork, a crab or two, and the menu goes on and on.

it gets even better because I get to have a great meal together with some close friends from work. is this Canada's? best, Chinese restaurant? let's find out together!
