Eye Gazing Pt. 1 - How to Eye Gaze for Intimacy, Connection and Communicating with Spirit

Eye gazing is an ancient meditative practice which evidence suggests comes from the tantric tradition. It can help us to build intimacy and communication, not just with other people, but also with our higher selves and our Spirit guides. Eye gazing helps us to access past life experiences and sometimes, to receive messages directly from Spirit. It can be practised alone, with a friend or with a romantic partner.
In this video Seraphim offers guidance around to get the most out of your eye gazing experience, whether you are eye gazing alone or with someone else. Eye gazing is a deeply affecting method we can use to create connection and powerful intimacy in our lives and relationships. The intensity of truly being SEEN on a soul level can be a tremendously healing, joyful, and profoundly moving experience. And also, its FUN!
