After 25 years of coaching everyone from military to seniors, there’s one thing I know for sure: the people who actually reach their goals aren’t the most talented — they’re the most consistent.
Discipline isn’t about motivation or willpower. It’s about showing up every day, doing the work, and making it impossible to talk yourself out of it. That’s why the 5AM Squat Club exists — a pre-built, follow-along morning routine that gets you moving, sharpens your mind, and starts your day with purpose.
Today’s workout is simple, effective, and designed to kickstart your day without overthinking:
💪 WORKOUT – EMOM 10 Minutes (Every Minute On the Minute)
Minute 1: Hanging L-Sits (hold for as long as possible each round)
Minute 2: Step-Ups (choose a height you can perform with control and power)
Alternate between the two for 5 rounds each. Scale the holds, step-up height, or pace as needed — the goal is consistency, not perfection.
