Exploring an old German steam locomotive in a train yard. This impressive 87'000 ton locomotive was built in 1924 by Maffei Munich, Germany. This one is the very last of 159 pieces of this type that was ever built. The steam locomotive served as a fast express train connection between Lindau (Lake of Constance) and Munich and reached a maximum speed of 120 km/h. The steam engine consumed around 2 tons of coal for 100 km.
