It’s fair to say the Mustang nameplate has been a success story for Ford. Sure, the brand lost its way in the 80s, when the Mustang became an enormously dull and forgettable car. But things have steadily improved and its not inaccurate to say that the current Mustang is the best ever.
And now Ford is launching a full on assault on your heartstrings with this new limited edition. This is the third Mustang Bullitt but it will be the first edition to ever be sold in South Africa. While we’ll have to wait until 2019 to see it on our roads, we were invited to be among the first in the world to sample the car at the international launch in Nice, France.
We sent full blown Mustang fanboy Ciro De Siena to find out if the 2018 Bullitt is as good as it looks.
