A man watches in horror as the daughter of his pill-popping, alcoholic neighbour is brutally tortured on an amateur-recorded VHS.
Created for the 48 Hour Flick Fest presented under the Windsor International Film Festival of 2015. Teams have 48 hours to write, film, edit, and export a 5 minute short film based on guidelines given at the start of the competition.
