上一工業 2011年台北國際工具機展影片 ( PROTH 2011 TIMTOS Video )

兩年一度的台北國際工具機展覽會，是全亞洲規模數一數二的工具機展，國內外客戶都爭相來觀展，為此上一展出於2010年成功研發的立式磨床V800。

V800為高精度高穩定度之旋轉台立式磨床，以傘式自動換刀庫(ATC)、發那科OiTD控制器及海德漢接觸式探針及自動修砂等系統，在高精度研磨之要求外，更琢磨於操作之便利性，同時，高度重視機器之剛性結構，以保持機械精密度。適用於軸承內徑、外徑及端面等研磨要求，發揮更強大加工成效，為上一工業精密成型立式磨床代表作。

Equipped with standard automatic tool changer (ATC, umbrella type), FANUC 0iTD Series controller and touch probe ( HEIDENHAIN) for option, etc. It's best choice for workpieces of cylinder ID, OD, and end-face, cam, water jacket (spindle), turbine housing. The diameter of V30's working table is available from 800mm to 1000mm. PROTH rotary vertical grinder series is suitable for workpieces that require high precision accuracy.
