MTVR MK23 7-ton replace leaking axle end (hub) oil seal

One fairly common thing that happens to the USMC MTVR trucks is that the rear axle oil seals will start leaking. Once they leak, it is a a significant safety concern and a potential DOT violation, requiring immediate attention and repair. The US Military does not release much information about these trucks and so the owners need to figure out how to fix things.

Tools:
7/32 Allen for the 2 hub screws
3/8 Allen to remove 1 bolt from axle gear
5/16 Allen to loosen retainer ring bolt
