I did a fun three day Film Making Fundamentals course, and the homework one evening was to film an interview and some B roll, and edit it together. As I was travelling interstate I was on my own, so I 'interviewed' myself in super cramped accommodation. I grabbed B roll the next morning, and put it together just in time for class. I made it about one of my favourite things to do; use running as a way to explore when I'm in a new place.
