Travis Kalanick, co-founder and former CEO of Uber, took the stage at RestaurantSpaces for a rare public appearance to share what he has been building since stepping away from Uber in 2017.
Now CEO of City Storage Systems, the parent company of CloudKitchens, Kalanick outlines his long-term vision for how food will be produced, delivered, and consumed in the future. His portfolio also includes Lab37, a restaurant robotics company, and Otter, a restaurant software platform.
