G Harishankar secured a commendable Rank of 107 in UPSC CSE 2023. He pursued his graduation in Bachelor of Commerce (BCom).
Shashwat Agrawal who attained a notable Rank of 121 in UPSC CSE 2023 in his 3rd attempt, pursued his B.A. (Hons.) Political Science and Post-graduation in M.A. in Development and Labour Studies.

During the talk, Shashwat elaborated on his strategy and Key sources for PRELIMS and MAINS, importance of PYQs and and tips on test series and revision, Strategy on CSAT, note making.

He further highlighted the usefulness of resources like the Vision IAS' current PT 365, Abhyaas and Vision IAS' Value added Material for Ethics.

He also elaborated on his approach to Ethics and offered advice on effective answer writing techniques and interview preparation, while also providing encouragement to stay motivated during the preparation process.

During the talk, G Harishankar shared tips and Key sources for PRELIMS, strategy for MAINS, Strategy on GS subjects, current affairs, revision, and importance of self analysis in the process.

He further highlighted the usefulness of resources like the Vision IAS' current PT 365 and also provided encouraging advice to stay motivated during the preparation process.
