I like to combine shapes in some of my doodles. I generally doodle over a color background. The one in this video was painted with watercolors.

Mostly, I've used black fineliners for of my doodles. This one, however, I decided to my Sakura Gelly Roll - Moonlight 06.

This a fun experiment. Join me in all of my explorations - some I hadn't thought of doing.

Doodling as a form of art therapy:
You can use doodles as a way to destress and unwind, It lowers your blood pressure. While relaxing , doodling also exercises and improves your mental sharpness. I use doodling as art therapy from a stroke I suffered in the latter part of 2022.
