One bedroom log cabin with an outhouse and semi-outdoor shower. The lot is Off-the-Grid and also has the "Simple Living" challenge, which means
all ingredients must be purchased from a grocery store, gardened, fished, or foraged. As a result, there is a fully stocked garden and a cow & chickens. There are 3 solar panels and 1 windmill to generate a small amount of power for cell phones in emergencies and the old computer Ian uses to write his novels on.

Backstory:
Derek and Ian are a sweet elderly gay couple who came with the Cottage Living pack. In this video, I tried to give them a small backstory. The lot comes with a home on it (with the pack). I left some (very little) of the original lot there, but completely redesigned it to be a log cabin and turned the existing gardens & fountain areas into a farm for sustainable living.
Off-the-Grid Life - Derek & Ian still live on the property that has always been in Ian's family. After a long life of hustle and bustle, however, they decided to start completely over for their retirement. Ian & Derek worked tirelessly together to build a log cabin for themselves. Living completely off the grid - they even only have outdoor plumbing! - has been a challenge for sure, but they feel the hard work keeps them young and doing it together keeps them happy!
