Shoulder impingement - causes and exercises for prevention are discussed and shown here by Human 2.0 head physio Jethro Constant and strength and mobility coach Dan Jones. The fact that so many of us sit all day can cause problems for the shoulder, including pain, clicking, and lack of mobility in that area. The key to good shoulder health is to keep moving. Try out some of these exercises that Dan shows here and add them to your day.
