Immigration officer breaks car window to arrest Guatemalan immigrant

A woman shared footage of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent using a large hammer to break her car window in an attempt to arrest her husband who is a Guatemalan immigrant.

The couple's lawyer said they were "within their rights" and were "met with brutality and violence".
