The Tailor’s Hall is Dublin’s longest surviving guildhall, built in 1707 and host to such Irish revolutionaries as Napper Tandy and Wolfe Tone. Liam Weldon was heavily involved with the building, not only by running a legendary folk club from its basement bar, but also as a steadfast campaigner to save it from demolition.
