Simple Apple Cake Recipe 🍎✨

Ingredients:
• 2 eggs 🥚
• ½ cup sugar 🍚
• 1 shredded apple 🍎
• ½ cup oil 🛢️
• 1 cup flour 🌾
• 1 tsp baking powder ✨
• ½ cup milk 🥛
• Apple slices for topping 🍎
• Vanilla sugar for topping

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix 2 eggs, ½ cup sugar, and 1 shredded apple.
3. Add ½ cup oil and mix well.
4. Gradually add 1 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and ½ cup milk. Mix until smooth.
5. Grease a baking tray (or pan) lightly. Pour in the batter.
6. Arrange apple slices on top. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
8. Check with a toothpick — cake should be golden and cooked through.
9. Let it cool slightly, then enjoy with coffee or tea ☕🍰

Ingredients for Dough:
• 2 cups flour
• 7 g yeast
• Pinch of salt
• 1 cup warm water
• 1 tbsp oil

Ingredients for Pumpkin Filling:
• 1 small pumpkin, shredded 🎃
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 tsp garlic
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp coriander powder
• 1–2 tbsp oil

Instructions:

1. Prepare the dough:
• Mix flour, yeast, and salt.
• Add warm water and 1 tbsp oil, mix until a soft dough forms.
• Knead by hand until smooth.
• Cover and let it rest until it doubles in size.

2. Prepare the pumpkin filling:
• Heat 1–2 tbsp oil in a pan.
• Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
• Add garlic and cook briefly.
• Add shredded pumpkin 🎃, salt, ½ tsp black pepper, and ½ tsp coriander powder.
• Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes until soft.

3. Assemble the pumpkin bread:
• Flatten the risen dough.
• Place a little pumpkin mixture in the center.
• Fold and seal all edges, then flatten slightly.

4. Cook the bread:
• Heat a little oil in a pan.
• Fry the stuffed dough on medium heat until golden on both sides.

5. Serve warm ✨

Chicken Vegetable Soup 🍲

Ingredients:
• 1 chicken breast, cut into small pieces
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 tsp garlic
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• ½ tsp crushed black pepper
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup chopped carrots
• ½ cup green bell pepper
• ½ cup boiled chickpeas
• 1 potato, cut into small pieces
• 1 tomato puree
• little spaghetti
• 1 litre boiled water
• 1–2 tbsp oil
• 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions:

1. Fry the chicken:
• Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
• Fry chicken pieces until golden then add 1 tomatopuree and cook it for 10 mins on low heat until chicken tenders . Keep aside

2. Prepare the base:
• In a pot, add 1 tbsp oil, chopped onion , and garlic .
• Sauté until onion is slightly transparent.
• Add ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tbsp crushed black pepper, and salt to taste 🧂.

3. Add vegetables
• Add chopped carrots , green bell pepper , boiled chickpeas , potato

4. Add water and spaghetti:
• Pour in 1 litre boiled water .
• Add a little spaghetti if desired .

5. Combine chicken and simmer:
• Add the fried chicken pieces .
• Check salt and adjust .
• Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes until everything is tender and flavors combine.

6. Thicken with cornstarch:
• Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch in a little water .
• Add the mixture to the soup and stir gently.
• Cook a few more minutes until the soup thickens slightly ✨.

7. Serve hot with pumpkin bread or as a wholesome soup 😋
