This was my first time completing a 30min Full body HIIT circuit with NO BREAKS 😮💨.
Honestly this workout was everything I needed in something that would work my entire body, help me burn calories quick for fat loss, and didn’t require equipment.
Definitely adding this into my workout regime more often.
