Here’s a couple of the brand new (at the time) ASLs that the Houston Fondren yard received back in 2023. We found these finishing up Friday trash in Sugar Land a couple years ago. At the time, these trucks had just hit the streets and were some pretty unique purchases for Republic, being that these replaced a handful of CNG 7000s. Sugar Land is a huge contract and is rolled out with a variety of city carts as seen in the video. Definitely made these trucks pretty fun to watch, especially with the mix of older and newer carts.
