This building is also known as Ayalon Tower
Originally, this building used to have 15 or 16 storeys and a even a heliport which was removed when the other floors added. (In fact, only three building in Israel have heliports and all of them located in the Gush Dan metropolitan area).
I skipped these elevators when I went there during 33 BaOmer (A Jewish holiday) but I decided to go there during weekday to film these elevators.
