-Room temperature filtered water

►Step-by-Step◄
-Start with clean nails and apply a base coat
-Use Icicle as your base color
-(Optional) prep around your nails with Simple Peel
-In your cup of water, create a bullseye with LL, LG, RtR & MM
-With your orange stick, draw in the design
-Carefully dip in your nail
-Clean off the surface, then slowly pull out
-Remove protection if used, and clean up around the edges
-Finish with top coat!
