Peruvian Food: What You Should Eat

The cuisine in Peru is among the best you will find anywhere in the world. From Ceviche, to Lomo Saltado, to Papa Rellenos the food is varied and delicious, with so many unique flavors.

On a recent trip to Lima, I sought out some of the most traditional dishes and tried everything from Cuy (Guinea Pig) to Anticuchos (Beef Heart). It was a culinary adventure that you have to see.

Having retired in 2023, I now travel full-time, seeing places all around the world. My idea for YouTube is to make the videos more about the places and people along the way, than about me.
