Pottery help. Fixing the wobble.

Hello Potters, how are you today?
In this episode I wanted to go over a common misconception and mistake that most Potters have going from beginning to intermediate; The wobble. The wobble at the top of your pottery is generally caused by the clay not being even enough. unfortunately most people think they can fix this wobble by wedging a lot before putting it on the wheel but that's not the entire story. In truth the way you get your clay completely even on the inside is by wedging it and coning up and down before centering or forming your pot.
In this video we will go through three different variations of centering before, with, and without coning or wedging just to show you the difference. The wobble at the top of your pottery is mainly caused by unhomogenized clay somewhere in the clay body.

TLDR, your clay isn't even enough before you're throwing it and these two techniques I will show you in this video will help you even out your clay.
