After Eggman blows up half of the moon, Tails and Sonic set out to find Eggman by using Chaos Emeralds as Tails has one and they act like magnets. Tails then goes after the President as he found transcripts between the President and Eggman. Tails thinks that Eggman took the other Chaos Emeralds to outer space.
Eggman wants the President to Surrender to the Eggman Empire or else the President's country will cease to exist. Eggman gives him 24 hours for an answer. Sonic and Tails then join up with the president and found out where Eggman's base is. Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy then find a way into Eggman's base so they can get to the space station ARK.
