With only a few days left until Lunar New Year, I went to the village market today to buy some coconuts and made colorful coconut jam. This is an indispensable snack during the Lunar New Year in Vietnam.
The dish is made from young coconut flesh, and I created natural colors to make the coconut jam look more vibrant.
My winter garden is also being tended to, and I'm planting new potted flowers. The flowers probably won't bloom in time for Lunar New Year, but that's okay because the vegetables in my garden are growing very well right now.
