The Sonicake A Factory is a versatile and very affordable acoustic preamp with built in 3-band EQ, reverb, and a notch filter for feedback control. The input impedance is rated for up to 1M, which means that it's suitable for even the highest impedance passive piezo pickups. It comes with both 1/4" and balanced XLR outputs (with a ground lift) so it's ready to be used on a larger pedalboard or entirely by itself. In this video I'll be testing it with my Martin HD-28 flat top acoustic, with a mandolin with the K&K Pure Mini pickup, and with my violin with the LR Baggs bridge piezo pickup.
