It’s hard to believe that America’s Got Talent is headed into Season 11 on NBC. Has it been that long? Yes! There’s no official date set yet, so check your local listings around the end of May.
Mel B brings light and life to the show, with her boundless, positive energy—this will be her fourth season. This recording artist, actor and more, Mel B, who is the real Melanie Janine Brown, was a member of the awesome girl group, Spice Girls.
This season, the show’s producer, Simon Cowell, takes the fourth seat at the judging table, the one just vacated by Howard Stern. It’s not the first time Mel B has sat next to him—she also did so in England for The X Factor. She and Simon join Howie Mandel and Heidi Klum to rate all kinds of incredible acts vying for $1 million and “can’t-buy-that- kind-of” exposure.
Maybe you saw her second-place finish on Dancing with the Stars in Season 5. In addition to other guest appearances on TV, including co-hosting talk shows, she’s also done her share of theater. Mel B is one diverse talent and brings her style of pizzazz to America’s Got Talent.
