2019 ജനുവരിയിൽ സമീപപ്രദേശമായ കെന്ദുളിയിൽ ബാവുൾ മേള നടക്കുന്ന സമയത്താണ് രണ്ടാം തവണ ശാന്തിനികേതനിൽ എത്തിയത്. സോനാജ്ഹുരി ഹാഥിലത്തെിയത് 2017ലെ പോലെ ശനിയാഴ്ച വൈകുന്നേരമായിരുന്നില്ല. മറ്റൊരു ദിവസം രാവിലെ ആയിരുന്നു. തിരക്കൊന്നുമില്ലാത്ത സമയത്ത്. സാന്താൾ സ്ത്രീകൾക്കൊപ്പം ടൂറിസ്റ്റുകളും നൃത്തം ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
This trip took place during a Baul Mela festival in the nearby Kenduli area in January 2019. Unlike the first trip in 2017, I arrived at Sonajhuri Haat on a quiet morning, rather than a busy Saturday evening, allowing for observation of the surroundings. I saw both Santal women and tourists engaging in dancing.
