We grilled Spanish mackerel, Bronzino, Mackerel, Hairtail from Jeju Isaland in Korea and Abalones for the 4th of July weekend. Mom made her special dipping sauce which really elevated the fish. Sister made doenjang jjigae. Grilled abalones were so good. (I’ve only tried raw or steamed and grilled ones were even better.) So grateful to be able to enjoy the weekend with the family and good food.
