Day 20 of learning FPV, and I’m officially addicted to flying low.
In this session I’m flying my HappyModel Mobula 7 that I swapped into a BetaFPV Air 75 II frame. This change was purely about batteries—and honestly, it just works way better for how I fly. The packs sit more securely, launches feel cleaner, and I can focus on flying instead of worrying about things shifting mid-pack.
Flying close to the ground has been an absolute blast. It forces better throttle control, smoother inputs, and way more focus than flying high. Everything feels faster, more technical, and way more fun.
Still learning, still crashing, but progress is definitely happening. If you’re early in FPV, I can’t recommend low-altitude practice enough—it teaches a lot, fast. Soon ill try some lower altitude tricks and lines.
