#5 Visiting Dojos in Japan - Gasshuku Takudai Karate Club in Tochigi 拓大空手部夏合宿【Akita's Karate Video】

Every year, the Takudai Karate Club organises a Summer Gasshuku somewhere in Japan. For one week, the Dojo members undergo a very hard training regiment: Starting at 6 am, 1 hour of running and rope skipping. Then, from 9 to 12 and 15 to 18 an intense Karate class. Altogether, 7 hours of training every day... In this video, Shinji Akita shows parts of one of the training sessions under Sensei Takuya Taniyama, Chief Instructor of the Dojo and General Manager of the Japan Karate Association.

At the end of this video, there is a little cultural and touristic extra: Some impressions of the ancient Terayamakannonji, a Buddhist temple with an enchanted garden and a temple cat which accompanied us all the way through this magical place. http://www.yaita-kankou.com/spot.php?...

午後稽古１５時から１８時３時間、毎日計７時間を１週間続けます。
