By cooking the mixture first and baking at a high temperature, we get a beautiful golden crust and a creamy custard center. 🍮

● 35g (⅓ cup) Oats
● 300g (1 ¼ cups) Milk
● 20g (1.5 tbsp) Sweetener
● 7g (1 tbsp) Cornstarch
● 2 Egg Yolks (for that golden crust!)
