My advice to young men, especially around 3 things that they will have to face. The core message is this: It's better to shape and educate a young person than to try and repair him when he's old. Guiding young men to discover their identity, strengths, and fundamental skills early on sets them on a much more positive life path. Without this foundation, young men are more likely to struggle in an increasingly competitive and demanding world.
