In this video, I show you how to bike the Cross Kirkland Corridor Trail from Bellevue's Spring District to Totem Lake. The CKC Trail is a 5.75-mile paved and gravel trail that follows an old railroad line through the heart of Kirkland. It’s a great way to enjoy nature, see some local landmarks, and get some exercise. The trail is mostly flat and easy to ride, with some gentle hills and curves along the way. You’ll see beautiful views of Lake Washington, the Olympic Mountains, and downtown Kirkland. You’ll also pass by some interesting places, such as Google’s Kirkland campus, the Kirkland Urban development, the Totem Lake Mall and the brand new Totem Lake Connector Bridge.
As a bonus, at the end of the ride, we'll explore the Bellevue Spring District as well.
The trail is open to pedestrians, cyclists, and dogs, so it’s a fun place to meet other people and their furry friends. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing ride or a challenging workout, the CKC Trail has something for everyone. Join me as I bike the Cross Kirkland Corridor Trail from Bellevue to Totem Lake!
