A trip down the Cumberland Valley in February 1991. We begin with a chase of a Conrail freight on the Hagerstown Secondary and Lurgan Branch, breaking off just north of Lees Cross Roads. Then onward to Hagerstown where we catch the Winchester & Western's Hagerstown job putting its train together amidst NS and CR power. We then follow it for a few miles south on the former Winchester Secondary, then break off and head to Gore, WV for the daily sand train to Winchester, also Alco powered. A few scenes from this chase are already on another of my videos on YT, but this is a more complete version with the lengthy stalling scene edited out. At Winchester we catch the CSX local coming in from Harpers Ferry, then watch the WW depart behind an S-6 with the most beautiful Nathan P-3 I've ever heard.
