To make the box, score 12 x12 at 4 on all four sides, fold and burnish. Refer to the video for the fold in and fold out process.
Punch holes for handle
My handle is made from 18 gauge floral wire
To make the lid, score 8 1/8 x 8 1/8 at 1 and 2 on all four sides, remove the three small corner piece, angle cut tabs, glue box together. Glue and fold over top flaps to strengthen the lid of the box.
To make the fortune cookies
Write sentiments/fortunes on strips of paper
Punch or cut circles
Fold circles in half, but don’t crease. Insert fortune
Pinch half circle in center of the fold over and squeeze pinch point outward to reinforce
Refer to video as necessary
Fill with shredded paper, candy and fortune cookies😀
