Hi welcome back to another car conversation, today I’m going to be sharing some life lessons based on stoic wisdom.

1. People will disappoint you, so never put all your trust in anyone.

2. Hard work doesn’t always guarantee success, but laziness almost certainly guarantees failure.

3. You’ll never be truly happy if you consistently seek validation from others.

4. Anything that you start to take a relaxed attitude towards, stop controlling you

5. The pursuit of perfection is futile, aim for progress instead.

6. Your self-worth is non-negotiable, never settle for anything or anyone that diminishes it.

7. Be careful what you tolerate, you are teaching people how to treat you.

8. You will never be 100% sure about a decision, but always make a decision because it’s better to go back and fix it than to never make it at all.

9. Learn to say “no” without feeling guilty, it protects your time and priorities.
