Mounjaro made me do it !!!! Park Run Edition.
I have been on a weight loss journey for over a year now and losing 98lbs. Whilst 4 stone of this (56lbs) was with diet and exercise alone, the additional 3 stone ( 42lbs) has been with the aid of Mounjaro GLP1 medication.
After sharing some of my walks with you, I have decided to create a series "Mounjaro made me.." to explore the things I find myself able to do now I am 98lbs down and discuss what the barriers would have been before, both mental and physical.
