How To Set Up Print Deploy

Print Deploy is a print queue deployment tool that gets the right printer drivers and print queues to the right person in the right location, effectively. It enables users to move between locations, for example, branches, offices, or campuses, and without them setting anything up. The location’s printers are dynamically downloaded onto their computers and the users can choose to install printers that the admin has nominated as optional to install.

In this video we go through the process of setting up Print Deploy. We cover the cloning process, setting up zones and deploying the print queues to the users machines. You can deploy print queues with your mobile device management (MDM) tools like Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, Google Chrome Enterprise Administration to name a few.
