It's been a windier than normal summer across the Bay Area, with places from San Jose to San Francisco to Napa in the top ten windiest years on record. But it's not just this year - in recent decades it's very apparent that wind gusts have continued to increase. Cooler and windier than normal conditions will stick around through the end of the month, although slightly warmer weather and more sunshine will arrive inland starting Sunday.
