If you snooze, you lose.
That first decision of your day — hitting snooze or getting up — sets the tone for everything that follows. When you press snooze, you’re telling yourself your word doesn’t matter, your goals can wait, and your priorities aren’t important. But when you rise and take action, you prove to yourself that you keep your commitments.
Today’s 5AM Squat Club is all about reinforcing that discipline. We don’t snooze, we move.
The Workout (EMOM 10):
Even minutes: 20-40 seconds of hollow rocks
Odd minutes: 20-40 seconds of sumo deadlifts
This is more than just a workout. We’re rewiring identity — building the habit of showing up, priming the body with functional movements, sharpening the mind with mental reps, and then using the momentum to go attack our most important work.
We’re live every Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 4:45AM EST.
👉 And starting the week of August 25th, 2025, we’ll be live every single day of that week — all seven. If the response is strong, that may become the new norm.
