We spent Christmas day in Universal Japan, riding every ride and having dinner at Bubba Gumps.

Today was a special day, it was our first time experiencing Universal Studios Japan ‪@universalstudiosjapan3949‬ ‪@USJ_Official‬ so we were up early after a bad nights sleep at the park front hotel and we got in line for park entry.

Today was Christmas day and it was heaving as expected. Once inside the park we headed for the Minions land and rode both rides which were so much fun.

We then headed over to ‪@jurassicworld‬ Jurassic park area and rode the flying dinosaur which was terrifying. After that we headed for breakfast which was Pizza in the Jaws area.

We then headed over to the ‪@harrypotter‬ Harry potter Hogsmeade area. This was just like in universal Orlando but was missing Hagrid's but they did have buck beat or as Ant described it "a horse with an owls head on it.

We then went exploring and we found the kids area with Snoopy ‪@Snoopy‬ and ‪@HelloKittyandFriends‬ Hello kitty theming before then going on the Hollywood dream ride which was really fun.

It was then time for what wed been waiting for Super Mario land ‪@playnintendo‬ and we had timed it perfectly as the donkey Kong area opened a few weeks before we arrived. This area is intense and a massive sensory overload but also really cool. We met both Princess Peach and Toad whilst managing to ride every ride and try the food. The Donkey Kong mine cart madness was a firm favourite and such a fun coaster, the Mario kart is so unique and the Yoshi ride was a nice little kids ride.

We spent alot of time in this land but when we left we headed back to Minions as wed promised Matilda some of the snacks, we tried the ice cream sandwiches but they weren't great.

We then left the park and headed for a "traditional" Christmas dinner. In Japan its popular to eat KFC for Christmas dinner but there were non nearby so we innovated and headed for the best fried chicken ever over at ‪@bubbagumpshrimp7134‬ Bubba Gumps, we all loved our meal and were stuffed.

We walked our meal off whilst exploring city walk and then headed back to the hotel for a well deserved rest. Tomorrow we will be in Osaka.

今日は特別な日でした。初めてユニバーサル・スタジオ・ジャパンを体験しました。で、パークフロントホテルでの悪い夜の睡眠の後、早起きしてパークの入場列に並びました。

今日はクリスマスで、予想通り混雑していました。パークに入ると、ミニオンランドに向かい、つのアトラクションに乗りました。とても楽しかったです。

次に、ジュラシックパークエリアに向かい、フライングダイナソーに乗りました。これは恐ろしい体験でした。その後、ジョーズエリアでピザの朝食を取りました。

次に、ハリーポッターのホグズミードエリアに向かいました。これはユニバーサル・オーランドと同じようでしたが、ハグリッドがいなかったのが残念でした。しかし、バックビートがありました。アンが「フクロウの頭を持つ馬」と表現していました。

その後、探索を続け、スヌーピー ハローキティのテーマの子供エリアを見つけました。その後、ハリウッド・ドリームライドに乗りました。これもとても楽しかったです。

そして、待ちに待ったスーパーマリオランド に向かいました。ドンキーコングエリアが私たちの到着数週間前にオープンしたばかりで、タイミングは完璧でした。このエリアは非常に刺激的で、感覚が過剰になるほどですが、とてもクールでした。プリンセスピーチとキノピオに会い、すべてのアトラクションに乗り、食べ物も試しました。ドンキーコングのマインカートマッドネスは大のお気に入りで、とても楽しいコースターでした。マリオカートは非常にユニークで、ヨッシーライドは子供向けの楽しいアトラクションでした。

このエリアで多くの時間を過ごしましたが、ミニオンに戻り、マチルダに約束したスナックを試しました。アイスクリームサンドイッチを試しましたが、あまり美味しくありませんでした。

その後、パークを出て「伝統的な」クリスマスディナーに向かいました。日本ではクリスマスディナーにKFCを食べるのが人気ですが、近くにKFCがなかったため、ババ・ガンプで最高のフライドチキンを食べました。みんな食事を楽しみ、お腹いっぱいになりました。
