Thanks to one of my friends pointing out in their Discord server, I realized that these actual NPCs are indeed still playable in stages they show up in as enemies (or at least I thought). Loading Orwik in any other stages causes the game to load forever, but loading him in the Dark Spire map yields a surprisingly stable gameplay result that allows me to complete the entire stage from start to finish.
Like the four cut characters, playing as him causes the game to load a lot of Japanese assets. He also doesn't have Prime attacks and pressing T causes his animation to lag a bit too. In addition, many textures are glitched here and look pretty disturbing. Since DK modified the Orwik army's appearances but does not have models for the Orwik army's bomber troops, they're just floating bombs with glitched textures here.
He also can't one-shot enemies unlike the cut characters, and using Orwik's Fury/Basara attack causes him to freeze in his current animation and softlocks the game.
Orwik/Ujimasa is a spear clone here sharing his moveset with Lark/Toshiie and two other NPCs. His battle voices are for some reason Red Minotaur's while using Lark/Toshiie's dialogues, and he comes pre-equipped with two skills that are the same on both R1+S and R1+T, where he automatically does his full normal attack string with ice elemental effects applied. It boosts both his attack range and damage output, and he honestly plays a lot better here than any of his proper playable iterations later using a much slower unique moveset.
Beating the stages causes the game to softlock, since it is unable to load a proper victory animation.
